- Measure the inside diameter straight across the center in millimeters (ignore the metal edges).
- Match your number to the Inside Diameter column in the chart above to find your US size.
String / Circumference
No ring needed- Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
- Match that number to the Circumference column in the chart above to find your US size.
- Measure in the evening — fingers shrink when cold and swell in heat.
- Keep the string snug, not tight — it should still slide over your knuckle.
- For wide bands, go up half a size for comfort.
