Do you offer free shipping?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, yes. We process orders quickly, so please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order. Our team will do everything possible to update your details, depending on the order status at the time of your request.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Contact our support team as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will assist you based on the current status.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email

Order confirmations are sent within minutes of checkout. If you don’t see one, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend it right away.

What if my package never arrived?

All our shipments are insured. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s been stuck in transit unusually long, contact our support team. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy?

You have a full 30 days to decide. If you’re not in love with your piece for any reason, return it for a complete refund, no restocking fees, no explanations needed. We want you to feel certain.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact our support team at support@epiclootshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you simple instructions and a return label within one business day.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

How do I find my ring size?

Every ring page includes our detailed Ring Size Guide with simple home-measurement instructions. We provide a printable ruler, a string measurement method, and a guide for measuring an existing ring you already own.

What if I’m between two ring sizes?

We always recommend sizing up. A slightly looser ring is much more comfortable, especially since fingers can naturally fluctuate slightly during the day.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Use our Bracelet Size Guide for full instructions. The simplest method: wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you’d wear the bracelet, then add about 1cm for a comfortable fit.

Can I resize a ring after I receive it?

Our pieces are crafted to specific sizes and are not designed to be altered. Instead, we offer a free size exchange, simply contact us and we’ll send you the right size, no extra cost.

What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?

Every Epic Loot piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and even accidental damage. If something goes wrong with your piece, we’ve got you covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply contact us at support@epiclootshop.com with photos of your piece and your order number. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours with the next steps for repair or replacement.

Is there a time limit on the warranty?

No. Our warranty lasts for the lifetime of the piece. As long as you own it, it’s covered.
