Inside Diameter

Most accurate
Measuring the inside diameter of a ring with a ruler
  1. Pick a ring that already fits the right finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center in millimeters (ignore the metal edges).
  3. Match your number to the Inside Diameter column in the chart above to find your US size.

String / Circumference

No ring needed
  1. Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
  3. Match that number to the Circumference column in the chart above to find your US size.
Pro Tips for an Accurate Fit
  • Measure in the evening — fingers shrink when cold and swell in heat.
  • Keep the string snug, not tight — it should still slide over your knuckle.
  • For wide bands, go up half a size for comfort.
  • Between two sizes? Always choose the larger one.
