Frequently Asked Questions
Clarity, before commitment.
Will this tarnish, rust, or fade over time?
No. Crafted from premium 316L stainless steel, it resists tarnish, rust, and fading. Its protective chromium layer keeps the finish vibrant for years with everyday wear.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. 316L is surgical-grade, hypoallergenic steel with extremely low nickel content, so it won't irritate your skin or turn it green — even with daily wear.
How does 316L compare to silver or gold?
316L is far more durable than sterling silver — it won't tarnish, scratch, or need polishing, and it holds its shine for years. You get lasting quality and a premium feel, without the upkeep or the price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard global shipping is available to nearly every country, ensuring your piece reaches you wherever you are, with tracking included.
How long until it arrives? Any hidden fees?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 7-12 business days worldwide, with tracking the moment it leaves us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, taxes and duties included, with no surprises at your door.
