Frequently Asked Questions
Clarity, before commitment.
How do I know my exact ring size?
The easiest way is our Size Guide, which walks you through measuring at home in under a minute. If you already own a ring that fits, you can also measure its inner diameter and match it to our chart.
What if I am between two ring sizes?
When you fall between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up. A ring that sits a touch loose is comfortable all day, while one that runs too tight rarely gets worn. Comfort wins every time.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
We will make it right. Reach out to our team and we will guide you through a simple exchange to get the perfect fit on your finger, so you are never stuck with a ring that does not feel right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard global shipping is available to nearly every country, ensuring your piece reaches you wherever you are, with tracking included.
How long until it arrives? Any hidden fees?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 7-12 business days worldwide, with tracking the moment it leaves us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, taxes and duties included, with no surprises at your door.
